Since the latest update you can't view your annual leave and clicking refresh does nothing. Also the app doesn't have a dark mode which is kind of... Odd. However the app in general is great.

Sometimes the app won't load and gets stuck on the opening screen. Not a particularly intuitive UI as it sometimes takes a long time to find things. The app often crashes or needs to go through the login process. Have just had to reinstall the app as it froze and became unusable.

Will not open after update The used to be good and I used it all the time. Now it no longer opens. It just hangs on the loading screen. The PC version has become very sluggish as well. Scrolling through rotas takes ages both on home and work PC. I feel that too many companies have signed up to this now and the system can't cope with it. Soon it will break completely and I will be looking at the forth system in two years.

This app is borderline useless at times... it keeps logging me out and won't let me back in. It's been like this for almost 6 months now... surely this is an easy fix? Come on guys what the heck!

Fix your app please, cannot add overtime without app crashing on android since the latest update. Have to use the website.

Constantly goes wrong because of sloppy, poorly tested updates. Steer well clear is my advice.

I found it very easy ti use it. To have BrightHR is something to update you about your times is very important in life,annual leaves, off sick note etc.
