I had to update the app. for Dominoes before it would allow me to place my order. But it worked and there were NO glitches using it. It was nice that it all went so smoothly. It does ask "I think" too many times about add-ons, upgrades and additional purchases while trying to place the order. I understand promoting sales, but maybe not on every single item in the order but rather waiting until the end of the complete order. However the app. is working and doing exactly what it is suppose to do.

I do not like was that there was no special instructions section for orders (eg. no garlic seasoning) and that I cannot use old passwords again. This is simply pizza delivery, not banking. Also, I did not like that I cannot have the order ready less than one hour later. In addition, the credit card payment form disappears by just minimizing the app. And the password reset e-mail never came no matter how many times I requested it.

I've found this app to be frustrating, I've used it countless times. And unfortunately I'm not sure if it's user error but my card has yet to have success paying online. And I have to continually reset the password almost every time I log in my changed password doesn't work. I love dominos pizza, and it breaks my heart that I have so many challenges trying to get a medium deep dish pizza late at night. It's forced my hand to go to other pizza joints.

At first it was a little sketchy. Only because it wasn't what I was used to. But after my first order its become very convenient and helpful. I love the new interactive games rewards and coupons. I was beginning to loose faith in dominos but all has been restored. Bravo on stepping up your game.

Love the app. Easy to use and has all the coupons ready for use. Wish i could give it a 5 star however there is an issue of the stability of the app. Half the time i go to submit the order and it tells me the connection has failed. Only way i have found to get it to send is close the app and restart my order

App is wonderful and easy to use. However, at times, depending on location, pizza gets made with the wrong sauce, which was never an issue in the past. The app is sometimes glitchy and says order can not be processed, but the order goes through. Love Dominos though.

Tracking function is handy I don't like that it resets itself if you're mid-order and have to leave (not close) the app. Also, for months now anytime I try to pay by card it says the service isn't available and I have to use pay in store. It would be helpful if you could save more than one favourite item. We have 3-4 fave custom pizzas and don't get the same combo every time to make the "easy order" that helpful.

Ordering with this app is pretty easy, but I do have a couple of minor suggestions to make. It would be awesome if we were able to select a favorite store or to. That way I could have one close to home that I could pick up on my way and maybe one close to work? My second suggestion would be if you could incorporate Google pay
