Coach is great. App is not good. Podcasts are Apple only links...on an Android app. Contacted support and they brushed me off sending me a web link. Also links to resources that they put all over the app are broken as it constantly says there's no app to open this even though I have two web browsers... poor experience

Every time I open it, a pop-up shows up saying "something went wrong, please try again later". If I dismiss it, then it works fine 🤷♂️

If you need a handwarmer, this app is great, it wil turn your phone into one. I'm not sure if they mine coins in the background or the app is really coded this badly, but if I had an alternative, I'd be using that instead.

Huge sign up problems on Android app. Clumsy interface between the app and a mobile browser. This is not a mental health offering either. It is about business success where it parrots the language and insights of genuine mental health resources. It is incredibly distressing that user reviews have been recording problems with sign up and log up for over 6 months. The company responds weakly and have not fixed the problem.

Do NOT use BetterUp - please read this carefully : I have a handful of paid sessions cancelled without being informed. I lost a total of a few hundred dollars. I wrote to the Help Desk and requested to escalate this malpractice to the management, and this was their reply "included in our terms of service" - I requested for a rollover of removal of paid sessions to the next month, and BetterUp did NOTHING to rectify the situation. BetterUp do not have consumers/customers at their hearts.

It is super inconvenient to use the app for video call. Overall I think the service is too expensive considering lthe level of teachers. Maybe I was not lucky though.

App worked fine untill I signed up. Now after loging in I get a blank white screen. Restart and uninstall did not fix. Customer support ignores me. I paid for a dead app. I need this fixed or my money back.

Not able to sign up. Phone number bug. I entered my phone number including my country code (Australia) and it says that is invalid. Try different ways of entering my phone number and it didn't work.
