I don't order anything from the app, but I do check what's available and check nice offers sometimes. however, I realised I ran into a problem. Everything I go to somewhere else. sometimes it logs me out over a server issue, even though I have my WiFi connected and everything. I thought someone got into my account, so I changed my password, but that's not the case. do I need to delete the app and redownload it again? because that would be annoying.

I will NEVER be ordering from game again. Ordered a £120 controller. Game never even bothered to issue a order confirmation email. And at no point in the ordering process did it tell me to make an account. So I have no order number, no confirmation email and no way to track my order. Only thing I got is a screen shot of the order saying when it would be here. It never arrived!! I emailed game but absolutely no response and no way to talk to a human! No refund! Do better.

Every time I try to make a purchase it gets as far as confirming payment to be taken then diverts back to basket then doesn't allow me to use my gift voucher as it says its "invalid" and keeps a hold of the voucher for several hours. Sort it out game! Getting no help from customer services either

I need help, I can't seem to get through to customer service about my order, I have screenshot and email with both my orders plus tracking and both say nothing match's up after purchasing and I can't ask for a refund because your bot doesn't go anywhere but in repeat mode, I went to GAME store and they said to contact by email and I have and had no response with all the evidence provided, I've been waiting a month for a delivery or refund or response and nothing, £85 down the drain right

The Game UK app has had a complete overhaul, it is now possible to purchase games and merchandise through the app. It's easy to navigate, filter and purchase goods. However there is no way to see pre-orders (the old app had a dedicated preorder button) and the very useful release calendar has been removed as well. They have also gotten rid of the points system. Uninstalled.

The new GAME app is absolutely rubbish now, doesn't even look like it's a legitimate website, it looks more like a FAKE ONE now. loved the original GAME app. I loved pre-ordering my games, there was an incentive too as you would receive some cool stuff that you couldn't get otherwise. I loved the excitement as it was getting nearer to the release date. It really is a BIG SHAME. I fear this could be the kiss of death for GAME now. VERY BAD DECISION to make.I am completely devastated.

Great app, I enjoy the competitions and the notifications for pre-orders and new releases. Does what it says on the tin. Only downside, it causes a bug that brings up an error (at least on Samsung devices) that says "This section is no longer available" every time a notification comes through, or you restart your device. I've experienced it on two separate phones, and it's been an issue for way longer than it should have been.

It was a good app with an excellent rewards system. But since the the company changed hands, the app now sucks (broken links, slow loading, etc) and they have completely scrapped the Game Elite scheme!! It's really sad to see a really good company reduced to such an appalling state.
