App constantly crashes since day 1. Most recently, cannot even open app. Get an error saying unablento fetch the requested information, please restart the application. This happens every time you restart the application even after uninstall and reinstalling. Haven't even managed to get to a screen to enter any information, so not even got to a login page. For years now, worst app ever. Only reason I want to use it , is because the Web site payment pages are even worse

Can't make payment with saved cards. Payment via the app fails way too often. Fix these bugs soon as possible as the app is a convenient way to pay the bills. Out of the blue, can't even log in. Doesn't recognise password nor usename. Kindly get a good programmer to fix the app. It would be a very convenient way to pay bills if only it works.

The recently launched new version is good. Useful dashboards on usage and clean user interface. Just one major complaint, the auto-pay setup on the previous version of the app was reset without notification. I was unaware until I received an overdue message. Even more weird is the fact that the stored card details have been retained, only the auto-pay was lost in the update. In subsequent updates, please ensure these settings are also migrated.

I have not been able to log onto the app for more than a year now. When i use the web credentials, it doesn't work. New credentials through forgot password doesn't work. When you call the helpline, no one can help. The contents of the app were good since I have used it earlier. But only if you can login.

The app has been greatly enhanced and it is pretty good, but bars on consumptions are not representative at all, when you see numbers of the top and bar size one could be pretty much double but bar size are pretty much the same, so you will tend to think that was every ok when in reality it has a big bump on consumptions.

The app is great, beautiful, and very useful. However it shares the same woes of the website which is the api calls are verrrry slow which makes it not worth the while. I just go on, pay, and leave. No need for an app for that.

I'm encountering issues logging into the mobile app, it indicates "incorrect user." Interestingly, using the same credentials on the web allows me to log in successfully. The mobile app seems to be malfunctioning, preventing me from logging in.

WORST APP EVER!!! I wasted hours of precious time trying to register a username (I followed all the tips and recommendations of the app) BUT keeps saying Username already used. Even with a crazy combination of letters, numbers and special characters. Same BUG!!! Guys! Better hire good developers/programmers or get back to the candle...
