This is an easy, affordable alternative to a second voip line. I own and operate 3 businesses across all timeliness, and having Linked Phone allows me to set my availability and frees up my personal line. The only thing missing for me is additional lines. I would like the option to add two more lines, or map incoming calls based on the service requests.

As of this app wasn't trash enough, a new update just popped up suddenly with no notice and wouldn't let me get to my phone calls before updating. Voicemail never works. Will not read back voicemails for a good day after they're left. Auto response works 10% of the time. This shows MY number when people call, not the actual caller so never know who is actually calling. Can't even delete calls with new update. Brilliant 🙄. This service is a rip off. If it was free, it would be too expensive

I originally purchased a work number from OpenPhone HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! There is charge after charge, and text is denied. I was feeling hopeless as I had added the number to my platform, cards, etc. Luckily for me, I found LinkedPhone, which has been amazing! They offer everything you need for work, and their customers' service is responsive and fast. I was able to port the number, so I am all good now!!! Beware of OpenPhone and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LINKEDPHONE!!!

S22 ultra Android 14 UI 6.1 The new update is TERRIBLE. The new UI is horrible compared to previous versions. Since update Calls come through the LP app (no longer through regular phone app). This causes an error when I go off screen to take notes from call. I can't use the dial when on a call, which makes buzzing people into a call box IMPOSSIBLE. As of the past week, I will answer the phone and hear nothing. Shortly after, I'll get a vm. Update made this service unusable.

I would give LinkedPhone 3-3.5* based on my experience of a solo user and business owner. Cons: -Caller ID often showed my work number, NOT the caller -Text pictures took FOREVER to arrive -Missed calls sometimes went to my personal voicemail, but then after a recent update ALWAYS went to my personal voicemail Pros: - Easy to set up Many features (that I did not use) - GREAT customer service. They were even helpful porting out my number. But recent 10DLC requirements were JUST TOO MUCH.

We've used LinkedPhone for years to be able to communicate with our customers with text and phone calls. We've had a great experience up until the latest update. Update: we found that when on a call it no longer prevents your screen from locking, and when the screen locks you can hear your customer but they can't hear you. If you unlock your screen they can hear you again. Hopefully they can update so the app prevents screen lock when on a call.

They've updated the app as of January 2025, I have 6 months of missing calls, contacts, messages etc ... For my business. My calls and texts have dropped to near nothing in the past two weeks something is very wrong. There's no way to contact these people either. Swapping systems today immediately.

So far, so good.... I have had several other providers that started out good, until a few months down the road they turned out horrible. Hopefully this provider continues being like it now.
