I received the order. The driver had selected complete order in the app far too early. The driver was different to the driver on the app. And also the app wasn't updating with real-time location updates and even when the driver had apparently collected the order it still showed that he was on the way to the pick-up location. My order DID arrive. However, this was a terrible user experience.

Can't set up an account. It says the back of my Vietnamese ID (temporary resident card) is not valid ID and no matter how many times I try to take a picture of myself, either front or rear camera it is not accepted so I gave up trying to create an account. Very frustrating when this is about the only provider who will deliver documents during the lockdown.
A Google user
Driver quick to pick up but if you don't speak Vietnamese then will cancel on you as it's too hard for them. Even though they have all the information they need. And even if you speak a bit of Vietnamese. Not reliable or user friendly. Your better off using a dedicated mover that you can trust

It took longer than 5 mins for the app to launch. The waiting time between 2 changes made to the same delivery is way too much. Sometimes I don't have enough patience and moved to others apps which are much more convenient to use like Grab or SanShip
The clownfish
There is 1 thing that should be improved is the app should have a feature of selecting who will pay the fee, either sender or recipient, in case drivers collect money twice (they may forget collecting from who because of many rides a day, I don't mean they cheat, I like most of Ahamove's enthusiastic nice shippers)

Very good. There are many shippers available even during the pandemic. They are friendly and they provide a fast delivery service that I personally think that other competers cannot do like that

Terrible experience and customer service. If you install this app, one day you will get an auto order of something you never aware of. Driver will call you to say he is at the store and ready to pay for the food you don't order.... when you say you never order something from app, driver will say too late he paid . If you don't pay driver will become a patient of the order. Thats my story I paid 185K by transferring to driver accout for milk tea I never order to a wrong address & gave him all.

It has been well over a week since I placed my delivery and I've called the customer service 5 times at least but nobody came to pick up the package. This app is whack
