Using Galaxy S23+ with updated firmware. The app works great for remote checking and monitoring available/used machines. While I could top up via cash, it's unfortunate that I couldn't use card to add funds via the app. The app just crash after tapping the button to add card. No option for Google Pay either. Tried reinstalling, clearing app's cache and storage but to no avail.

Am at a new location and app asked for a location pin. Searched high and low for the qr code in store but unable to find. Postal code didn't work. Enjoying the intro promo though Update: after many months, I returned, and the store still cannot be found on the app, despite all the new ipso promos

Would rate 0 if could. Topped up account to use machines only to find that all machines except 1 dryer was offline (I needed the washer). Tried contacting support which took forever to get an agent online. Also tried calling the hotline stated but to no avail. When an agent finally joined the support chat, I provided them with the location as they requested only for them to ask 'any staff on site' before they immediatly left the chat. Obviously there was no one else I wouldn't have contacted.

This App is a SCAM. Don't install it. All support hotlines, whatsapp, in-app will not look into your issue. I'm not able to use my remaining load. It is like i just give money. The load balance is loading forever and i can't use my money to pay for the wash/dry.

Useful app. But App always closed automatically when I try to add credit card info or select top up via credit card. The only way to top up is via cash.

No response to problem reports. Reported through chat and email when the machine at Holland Drive is faulty and unable to top up. But no response received and problem persists after more than a week.

App generally ok but needs way to prevent overpayment for drying. Cash top up machine problematic and no contact number to report problem.
