No matter how many time I change my password and set it up . No joke the next day I have to setup a new password running out of passwords to make up. they NOT taking my deductible I requested to take out of every paycheck extra to federal taxes and not one person can help fix it . 5 manger this app doesn't work as claims. junk and a waste of my time McDonald's time.

The only thing about this app that annoys me is that you have to reach out to your employers hr to make changes or troubleshoot your account. Like I had 2-step verification and I got a new phone number, and I didn't have time to input my new number, I haven't been able to see my pay for weeks and when I called they told me to just take it up with hr at my job, like what is the point of having a customer service line if you can't service ALLL your customers😐😒

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Doesn't update like it should. the app still is not working, three days later 😕

Every time I try to login it says no connection and I'm definitely connected but won't work tried on 3 different devices. So frustrating!

Buggy, I mean it says wrong password when I know the password well and type it slowly and make it is the right one. Typed it on my laptop instead and it was correct..... app says wrong password when it's right kinda bug idk why. Terrible app.

They are terrible on getting back with you , when you ask a question. They don't update so you can see your next date of pay and what your getting. This app sucks get some real people in there to work .

Tried to create direct deposit request ticket twice in recent history. Both times app switches account type to savings account when it is checking. Have had repeated problems with app which is surprising given how simple of an app it is. No resolution from dev who just wants to blame employer when fault obviously lies with this app. Do not recommend.

I don't know where to begin. Incredibly slow. Won't remember my password. Stupid navigation. No confirmation when you do things that really need confirmation. It really works like an app written by people who have never used a smart phone. A genuine turd I'm stuck with because of bad decisions at work.
