Very disappointing. App showed estimated delivery time as 30 mins for the chosen outlet. Whereas it has been more than an hour since I placed my order and I haven't received it yet as I type this review. Called the outlet twice and they kept saying delivering in 10-15 mins. Very bad experience. This wasn't expected. A friend suggested your product and I myself liked your pizzas at a get together. This was my first time ordering them at home and turned out to be the worst experience.

Did a dine in through the app. After receiving the order no change in order status. Due to it no Lp points were received. Also in the FC ROAD outlet no phone calls are picked up. I had a personal reason to call (forgotten some belongings). Just needed to confirm. Also this outlet food is average. Ac not working.

I order from here regularly, and recently the quality of the pizza has dropped enormously. The bread is thin and hard despite not ordering thin crust, and the pizza is completely dry without any sauce whatsoever. It used to be very good, but now it's almost inedible.

Worst app ever. Drivers are never on time. Coins gets expired fast. Interface is poor. Customer support is beyond poor. There are no options to raise complaint. There are just some pre defined options which are absolutely useless.

Here is no any cancelation option available. I have order by mistake at wrong place and i request to the branch order for cancel that order or transfer at my location but he said there are no any cancelation option. Need to add the cancelation option. Also don't ask the delivery address for all time.

biggest thugs. I placed a prepaid bogo order worth 747, which was cancelled by the outlet. I applied for refund on the app, nobody tried to contact me. the app is completely useless and the contact number provided on the website is dysfunctional. It's been 1½ month when will the refund come? the app says it will take 5-7 days, no one, not even the outlet is ready to take accountability. maybe consumer court is where they need to be taken to pay 10 times as fine i deserve to be treated bette

Very bad experience with delivery order. l did not receive my order even after one and half hour and this being within 2.5 km of outlet. worst part is store outlet not answering call. I love yours pizzas and pasta but will order with other food delivery app for delivery. In app service is very bad. Suggest you to prioritise orders and delivery from inapp service to increase customer base via app.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a meal while dining in, but the staff told me to choose pickup instead due to an error. After paying, I was informed that they didn’t have the pizza available. When I pointed out that my payment was processed, they said they’d cancel the order, but hours later, I still hadn’t received a cancellation or refund.
