Frustrating. The app itself is not terrible. Easy to navigate. However, the app crashes more often than it actually works, it will randomly pop up notifications on my phone that the app is running in the background and I have to "Force Stop" the app on my android in the settings to close it out. This is after I have closed the app out completely.

The stream frequently just stops and I have to force stop the app and reload it. Sometimes it won't play at all. You tap the play button and nothing happens. Again, this requires a force stop and reload. What makes this even worse is that every time you open the app, you have to sit through a 10-15 second loading screen. Overall just a really frustrating app that barely works.

Poor. I could get audio broadcast for some of the first half but then the app just quit working. I uninstalled and restarted numerous times but the live broadcast was never transmitted. Very disappointing.

This app is horrible on the mobile device. It is glitchy and rarely works the same 2 days in a row. It regularly tells me that I need to sign in on a mobile device even though I've only ever used it on a phone. It constantly logs me out, so it makes collecting student tickets an hour long experience. I love attending sporting events, but this app has made me decide to stay home numerous times. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. It is not user friendly in any possible way. PLEASE FIX IT.

Where are the news and updates??? If you want to know what players are on the roster, or what teams are on the schedule, then this is the app for you. If you want to know anything else about razorback athletics, good luck finding it here. Takes forever to load, audio streaming will frequently stop for no reason, then require you to close the app and open it again. Why is it so hard for us to get a good reliable app, with useful information? Once again, Razorback athletics is behind the game.

I had previously rated this app poorly, as I had found the reorganization and updates had resulted in very buggy performance. I can honestly and happily report, that more recent updates have resolved the poor performance of this app for me. I would definitely recommend this app for fans, especially those located out of state. Thank you, developers, for working out the bugs!

update: came to rate a one star and found that i already had. i downloaded the app again and it takes several minutes to open and then freezes when selecting any option. it then closes and gives me an error. this happens 90% of the time.

Too many notifications. Allow a check list for which notifications I approve. The app lights my phone up like a Christmas tree. I found an alarm clock that tells me what I set the alarm for so I use it for all games that I want to watch.
