No wonder its 3.5 stars...but business is flourishing...This is ridiculous app...providing all privileges to operators whether it is to stop receiving bids for any individual or block receiving direct jobs and only able to go for bids, or controlled earnings above a certain amount...this app is totally biased towards private hire drivers and must be banned immediately after an external audit thoroughly the government via IT specialist

The app keeps logging off all the time without me logging off very frustrating when you about to pick up a customer and you have to keep logging on!!!

Latest update keeps plotting you in wrong plot. Done two updates and still doing it.

Good overall, a few problems. The main problem I have with this app is I also use my phone for android auto, when connected I get no chime for job alerts. I think this could be corrected by changing how the auto is played from notification to media. (I do get other notifications from my phone through android auto) The map integration works well enough when getting a job and moving it to my google maps.

Been using it for a few weeks (all the PHV drivers for the firm I drive for use it also 100+) , it is pretty solid. Would be nice if the sound alert for new job being offered to you worked but otherwise no complaints. Had to learn how to use it myself pretty much as the "training" I got was a full 90 second course.... Distances to the various zones are 'as the crow flies" which is pretty dumb but once you get used to where they are in your town/city it is fine. I use Google maps linked with this and combined it gets me to the exact place 95% of the time.

Many thanks to you engineers. Great job bringing this thought to live. App work great, not freezing or shaking. Top. I would very much appreciate it if the map can be activated and start navigating immediately the job is accepted. At present, the map starts navigating after three touches (not very good for drivers & busy hours). This risk should be reduced. I trust you guys will fix that. Thank you.
