It's really slow on bringing up recorded footage. It also doesn't have the red bar to detect motion like it used to. Not impressed with its performance at all.

Using this for business, mainly to open vehicle gates for visitors when not in the office. It's is delayed terribly. When a visitor presses the button on the gate, it may be 10 minutes or more before the phone gets that signal and alerts that someone is there. Good phone signal, cameras show up fine. But the alert signal is horribly slow to come up.

I will preface this by saying I install Avigilon equipment for a living. Overall, the products are of good quality. The cameras, servers, desktop software.. all relatively good at what they need to do. We sell a lot of them, so that's a testament to the fact it's overall a quality system. HOWEVER... This is hands-down one of the worst apps I've ever had to deal with. As a technician who has to help people deal with this... it's incredibly frustrating. Do better, fix your product.

What happened? All of a sudden the app is broken, and by unfortunate coincidence we had an attempted break in at work, everyone is depending on me for video support at 3am on a Friday night/Saturday morning (depending on your lifestyle). Very disappointing. When so many people rely on your (pricey) technology, it needs to be bulletproof. I will continue to be an Avigilon supporter and hope this gets fixed quickly. But this weekend was very challenging. Super let down guys!!!

Great for watching live video. Horrific for reviewing recorded video. Does not jump to next motion detection and you can't fast forward or rewind. You can only watch one camera at a once and have to watch it in real time. Barging brand DVR's are far superior to your top of the line expensive system.

Have used this app for 3 years without any issues. March 4. 2023 opened the app and I got a login page. It would not accept my information. Said all my curdentials were all invalid. On February 25 my phone did an automatic upgrade. It now looks like Android 13 is running. Some posts here mention Android 13 as the problem. This is the only app that does not work. Spent several hours with tech support last night with no success. It still keeps crashing. If you go to settings in the app it crash

This app is quite frankly pretty bad, but that could be related to the avigilon cloud service and not the apps fault? The app is not really intuitive and difficult to navigate. The avigilon servers that we have connected don't all show up in the app but they might sometimes. No rhyme or reason and no feedback as to why they aren't there this time. It does not stay connected to the server or servers that do show up and I haven't been able to find a refresh or reconnect capability. Make it better.

Received a PowerPoint from our security company on how to use this app. It has changed since they made it, I guess, and doesn't reflect the app as it is. Nor does the information work. The app seems buggy to boot. Just spams different issues. No coordination between the app development team and the companies that utilize it.
