I have found a problem which is now a deal breaker for me. I completed my second full inventory, but the "total" for some of the items are way off. I double checked my entries and they are accurate, but the sum of the stocks of the same items in different locations arent correct. On top of that, my inventory value is way off as well. It shows me the total of each location's value with the sum at the bottom, but the sum is more than double what should be correct, and I can't figure out why.

It's fairly robust especially when you consider it's free. Nice looking interface and the beverage database is pretty deep. My only complaint is when entering inventory on my phone the app tends to crash frequently and may not have recorded the last few entries so I've been writing it down then entering it on my laptop. Once that's addressed I really can't imagine why you would use any other inventory that you have a monthly subscription for. Nice job guys!

I was loving it and it is fairly easy to use. Now when I open the app I can only see the bottle sizes and quantity. I have to click on one to show me what it is. The online version still works the same when I pull it up on my laptop. It's just the app on my phone. Update: This issue has been fixed and I am back to loving this app. Thank you for your fast response and fix.

Easy to use seems to have a big data base. But one major issue: you can't scan!! You have to make manual searches for your bottles. You have to write the name of the spirit and search in the results to find your bottle. I would give 5 star if it had that feature in the app.

Wonderful user friendly interface. Only one problem, despite the online version works perfectly, on the app version every time we type in the search bar looking for an item the app crashes. Do you guys know what might be the issue? Edit: Fixed in less than 24h, these guys are great!

Signed up online after a google search and man am I happy i did. the inventory keeping on this app is awesome. Several of my friends are now using this for their home bars, including a brewhouse in my buddies backyard. We're using the cutom description to keep track of dry ingredients.Legit give this a try. If you are having trouble signing up through the app, head to their website and sign up there. Zero issues for me doing it that way.

Still in the step up phase - it would be VERY helpful if in the "shift notes" section there was a communication log for users to share thoughts, ideas and concerns. Also would love to see a place in the app for "shift work" to monitor daily completion of tasks such as wiping down rails, cleaning bar mats, etc. Will continue to update my review with further insight as we start to implement.
