I tried to reclaim a veterinary visit because my dog had a problem and they did not reimburse the visit because of a waiting period that was not specified or communicated to me. They even delivered the card and told me I can use it ( it does not work ). So you pay for 1 year by 1 month of it you can't use it. Also if you want to talk to anyone they only have an AI and if you want them to call you the first slot available is 10 days later. Will cancel it asap.

Glitchy app, like a black box- you upload the same docs over and over again as they don't seem to load for the evaluation team. Help via email is dilettantic and unprofessional, lazy and without agency- a reflection of the company's non-existent care for their customers and clients.

So useful I love it I am so glad that I installed this app my pet was so sick and the gave my a diagnoses and told me to see the vet medical attention was needed and it turned out to be true. I highly recommend this app
