TOURISTS BEWARE: App itself is okay, but beware of the scam service. Driver wants to charge me €10 extra, than shown on Taximeter / predicted by the app. This happened twice already. Beware of this fraudster Taxis. Always pay only what measured by taximeter, refuse to pay anything more!

The app first tells me that the car will be here in 5 min. I see it on the map going in the opposite direction, as they obviously take more than one passenger. The time changes into 11 minutes, the driver calls me and says he will come in 10 min, I end up waiting for 20 minutes, and the taxi did not even show up, so I took the bus!! Terrible service

Would be nice if the search function was upgraded so you can search names of places, or even better enable the ability to drop a pin location on the map, also the drivers should have access to the map

In a new updated app, there is no option to change pickup location. Only location for pick up is where it locates You. Soo I can't order a taxi to pick up my kid at home, while I'm at work. Looks like You can change it, only after clicking on order a cab. Soo, I'm raising my review because that was the main reason for one star.

Close to useless App installed fine and test payment worked, but it seemed not to know where I was at (my hotel in Brulo) many times. Eventually I found a random way to select a start address. Then it didn't know my destination - the biggest water park in Croatia. When I phoned to book, I waited for the driver to call back. Nothing. Twice. The next day I phoned and got a driver phoning only when he arrived. Then there was no price estimate. (I hate the way the local taxis try to rip you off.)

I had a fight with 2 drivers because: the app crashed and didn't leave any trace of a booked drive so I asked again. 2 drivers came. The app is not leaving any feedback after a ride is reserved. Also the activity is restarting everytime you switch screens but if you close the app the search for drives remains so you get a taxi without even a notice. Very bad for customers but also very bad for drivers.

It's ridiculously hard to book on the app, it keep loading and loading for a long time. However if you call the operator, they will immediately sent a confirmation of the available taxi - what's the point of having an app then? It should be for convenient and hassle free however it's terribly useless! Another issue, some of the operators are rude; when you called to inquire why the app is not working they will keep transferring you on the other operators which you will need to repeat yourself

Awful app doesnt allow cancellation unless driver is 2 minutes away. Had an argument with dispatcher over this. Garbage app with awful ui, dont recommend.
