Update: someone called to let me know there will be an update released that will solve the problem. After the update the problem is now fixed. Lots of UI/UX issues & bugs. I keep getting "something went wrong" every time I try to checkout. I also can't add a new address. I checked the reviews and I see this issue has been happening with many users lately. Not sure why it's still not fixed.

it started great back in 2022, but for nearly the past year everytime I think of ordering from here either the item doesn't even exist or it is on the list but always sold out or if rarely I find what I am looking for it tends to be more expensive than talabat, please look back on inventory and restocking, specially beverages and try to deliver them cold instead of shelf storage which I hate.

i gave it a 5 in the past but not anymore not only everything is overpriced already & the quality has dropped on different items not to mention the standard delivery fee that isn't removed no matter how big or expensive the order gets! they add a service fee now! and they have the audacity to say its there to ensure the premium service!!!

the worst app and products . I bought an item and it was about to expire and they keep sending me sms message even after i told them to stop sending me these messages from 2 weeks ago and don't let me begin on there over priced items ( more than 3 times the price else were) . they kept calling me after i left a review for a couple of days . And you cant delete the account after you made it . and all of the good reviews are from people they pay to make these reviews.

Very supportive customer service. Neat packaging. But horrible inventory stocking! For the last year, I was never able to get all my grocery list items in one order. There is always SOLD OUT items. The sad part is, this is not the case for all areas, it seems like I live in low revenue area where they do not care so much about restocking their dark store.

The application keeps freezing all the time, and I can't rely on it for ordering my items. Upon contacting customer service, they respond that they are facing technical issues and that they are working on solving them, but these issues were never resolved.

I had a coupon error, sent to the help center, they said the issue will be resolved in 20 minutes, unfortunately that was in October 7th and yet nothing happened. I sent again but they said we don't have specific time to resolve the issue!! Breadfast wasn't like this before. Was profissional and fast in resolving such issues.

Review updated in October 2024: No technical complaints with the app, or the delivery service. The customer service team are always quick to respond and take action on the rare cases where I needed their support. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the inconsistent stock/inventory. You'll find what you want for a week, then suddenly it's not there for two, then it's back again for a couple of days; it defeats the purpose when you need to complete your groceries using other means.
