How can it be this difficult to connect a smart device to WiFi? So many problems, reboot, uninstall, power off the kitchen device and still errors on multiple steps. Then the device is not found, then the data doesn't match, then a reset of everything once again. Absolute useless functionality. Wish it wasn't even on there because then I wouldn't have been annoyed that it wasn't working.

Hopeless menus. The menu structure is confusing. Trying to find, edit and select my custom menus isn't easy. I thought that I had set my dishwasher up to run during times when I have solar hot water but it then insists on delaying the start typically by about 20 hours which is well into the following day. The app is frustrating to use and isn't at all helpful.

It lacks stability, and there is no offline mode (or local network mode). This moment I cannot start a washing machine program from the phone - now I have to resort to the washing machine interface which does not have soaking option for instance. Please, if the application requires another provider, make sure it works. Also make sure that the application can tell me that the provider is down for a reason - saying things like my wifi network has issues is very misleading and kinda disrespectful.

I have started experiencing stange issues after it updated the Dryer's software it constantly gets disconnected, and when I try to reconnect the Dryer to wifi, it gives out an error and fails. The only way I can manage to reconnect it is by cutting out its power and then plugging it back in so it would sorta reset itself...

Every time the software is updated, my Neff ovens disappear from the app and I have to go through the tedious task of adding them again. Surely the software engineers can consider this and the poor user experience, when designing future upgrade. What a nightmare. And why does the app colour keep changing (nlye/red/back to blue again and so on....

so far so good. Works fine and can be remotely controlled by voice. Update one year later: it is just works perfectly fine, doing what you expect how you expect it, and even more. Just great. They probably could work with Amazon on Alexa's sassiness when you tell it to wash the dishes, but it makes for a funny story.

Until recently everything was ok. But in the last week, I no longer receive push up notifications. Updated to the latest version, but nothing helps. Also tested on another phone and it doesn't work either. Notifications are enabled in the phone settings, as well as in the app.
A Google user
In 2019, I used the software downloaded from the German region store and it worked well for my oven in Iran Country, but after changing the phone, I couldn't download it, and this new version doesn't work, even with VPN and DNS change. Is there a solution to this problem !!?? I think this problem is with AWS services. Let me know if there is any software that uses servers other than AWS.
