The app is handy for requesting appointments but it would be nice if it could calculate a rough estimate for the services I've selected, as well as the average cost for parts such as a new Diehard battery, which their inventory & point of sale systems can easily provide based on my vehicle specifications....also it doesn't readily link / sync with my CFNA credit line to show my rewards, etc., though this isn't a deal breaker.

The staff was very friendly and helpful by explaining the service that I was requesting and offering me advice concerning areas that my vehicle needed some attention in. I'll be going back in about a week or two to buy two new tires since it was brought to my attention that they were needed. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has a vehicle in need of any type of automotive services.

"I" must search for and "I" must "import" my service history docs in this app? Why isn't this automated? How annoying. As to service itself, it's extremely expensive for the convenience and the work isn't all that great. In-shop confusion, the fact "I" had to do the math for my oil change window sticker, Firestone gets the one star. Today I'm on a 30-min hold to pay the bill bc the CFNA app is down. Super sucky!

Firestone pretends they are capitol one or something high up on a pedestal and denies people with no valid reason for lines of credit when Chevy literally pre-approved me in 2 seconds for $5k line of credit for work on my car. Laughable! I only needed tires and alignment. Credit report has 0 late payments ever and denies for no reason.

If you want to schedule anything for my car. I first have to find the store then schedule service after choosing store. If I choose car from list and then see ice options or appointment, what ever it is. App shuts down. good luck.

The app is great! Easy to manage appointments, see service records, and find coupons minus those for card holders. If only all stores were held to the same standard I would recommend Firestone often.

In my opinion, these guys do great work which also accounts for why it's often kind of a wait to get in sometimes. But the staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. They really take the time to explain which repairs are needed versus ones that are lower priority or even just absolutely cosmetic. That's why it's my preferred location!

The app keeps crashing. It crashes so much Samsung sent me a message to put into deep sleep to prevent it from affecting my system.
