Massive critical infrastructure firm BT seems incapable of creating an app or a website that consistently works and is user friendly. App is unusable despite September 2024 update. I cannot log in via PIN or fingerprint. When I try all I get on screen is BT's signature & interminably bouncing balls. The same ones I see when I try to log in online to BT Business or domestic websites via browser on W11 PC. Have cleared cache, deleted data, uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled app, same.

Very very Unprofessionals people on call desk. Zero rating for the services. Constantly out of Internet on my bussiness even though got a new contract in May and its October now. They are unable to provide the services and keep delaying for the engineer visit. I don't know what's going on but definitely very poor services. And on top of that bills are charged way higher then my contract is so not paying a penny to them because I didn't get any services and loss my business because of them,

So slow. Even on superfast broadband connections. Only useful for downloading invoices. Any other information is lacking.

It works. My only complaint would be when recording a voicemail greeting the quality of recording is nit good (especially with "s" sounds)

Can't even see my current bill. App is rubbish, broken links, not informative. It's just a waste.

This makes amateur apps look professional. It's unstable, flipping you out to the pin log in page and failing to complete speed tests and I would therefore not trust it with anything critical. All it is good for is telling you that there are no problems in your area. That's not what a business is interested in, unless you happen to be BT! Believe it or not, BT, but what a business is interested in is whether its service is performing, right down to the router and phone working OK and to spec.

I regret ever hearing about bt They are now billing me on none existent phone lines!! I have no physical landlines for 3 months and they already billing me!

Takes forever loading. Click on the message centre and read the message. Come out of it and it's still got an icon to indicate message unread. Information isn't up to date on my account regarding the classified paid line entry. It still says I have it when I've email confirmation on cancelling that and paper bills, which it still says I have. Errors, try again. There's not a lot you can do with this app.
