App is not able to show my deliveries but continuously complains that the phone number I provided is not the same as the sender (store) gave them. I checked five times and the number is the same on both places. At the same time they are able to send text to my phone number without any problems. There is a bug in their app. It is useless until they fix it.

Desperate app, doesn't do anything right! Without the possibility of manual input, without help from the call center, not to mention that sending a message to support is impossible... Disappointing!

The app looks really good but there are some issues. It tells me to update the app for "better performance" but according to google play app store there are no updates available. Also there is no way to track your order as in where it is going. You only see where it will be and ETA but no way to see where its going which i think would make it an excellent app.

This app wants you to mandatory download their app. Then, their app doesn't give you the verification code for you to register your account to their app. Their is no option to get the code for the box on their website. Hustle is real

Just send pin code via SMS... App doesn't work on most recent Samsung even after reinstalling and Budbee offers only pickup via app. Customer service says they resend parcel and will send pin code via SMS but don't. 8 days of mess already since parcel was first delivered and customer service no longer replies

This app is useless 😒 never ever gonna select budbee again, i dont get aa code to verify my phone number ive tried everything. Including difrent phone numbers.

It let's you know where the driver is, which is good! But... What a garbage UI. I've only have had 2 deliveries in my life and the app shows 4. The layouts overlay, so I barely read things properly. It makes me constantly fill in the same info. And the final annoyance, I can't copy paste the 2fa code. This app UI is insufficient and its developers need to re-evaluate it!

Delivery time estimates (for Budbee delivery service) are several hours off, continuously, at least in Helsinki, Finland. Furthermore, the in-app feedback for a delivery will not accept anything below 4 star reviews (on a scale of 1-5) to be sent. Definitely will avoid using them in the future.
