We used to rely on the BWC app regularly to get update for our pending payments, but ever since the update last year, it's been frustrating to use. The biggest issue is that we're no longer able to receive the OTP required for login or verification. I've logged complaint on almost every platform of BWC, but nothing works. It's disappointing that such a critical feature has been broken for so long without a proper fix. Until this is resolved, the app is practically unusable for many of us.

1 Star rating because You cant even complain on the application. When I am trying to complain, error shows" Please enter all fields" although I have filled all fields. The issue highlighted many times but no fruitful response receive and the application still having the same issue after passing lot of time. Plz resolve the issue to get best rating.

I’ve lost trust in B-W-C. I had availed the Shab-e-Qadr offer, but till now I haven’t received anything. I’m thinking I won’t deposit any more money in the future.

Good intiative but lacks in many functions like the photo provided at the time of membership or even now during sign up do not appears on profile. One can't get image from gallery. Every time one has to take pic of file. I have tried through contact us option as well. After filling the form a message appeared that concern will contact you shortly but no one contacted after lapse of two days.
