Terrible Service – Unreliable and Frustrating! I have been using for managing my prepaid electricity meter, and it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The app is full of glitches and hardly functions properly when needed. 1. Recharge Failures – Every time recharge not done. This app is supposed to provide convenience, but instead, it adds to the hassle. I strongly do not recommend it until the developers fix these serious issues.

Quite interactive app with all the information on main page. Few suggestions for the developer: 1) User's full profile is not visible. 2) There's no notification when the electricity changes from main grid to DG and vice versa. 3) There's no recharge facility active. Request the developer to please fix above as soon as possible.

The UI is very clumsy. The invoice downloaded via the app is also not in the correct format. The bill is split into 2 sheets, making it difficult to read.

The app doesn't work properly at all. Needs serious review of the many features it has as it always shows wrong readings and there is an issue of overload which it keeps on showing. THIS APP IS THE WORST APP IN TERMS OF FEATURES I HAVE EVER USED .

There are no reminders for balance. I should be able to set reminders to update the balance it it goes below a value.

No payment option. Take too much time to start the electricity after disconnection. On what basis unit is charging. There is no calculation.

This is pathetic app Charges are so high however no real time data . Always so overload when there is electricity.
