Not reliable. When requesting a book from the catalogue, I've never seen anything besides an error message. Then surprise! My book that didn't get put on hold is available for pick up. I do not believe this app is being supported or tested on it's most basic function. It's a bad at at best with it's lack of function, and a malicious app at worst with it's high CPU use and requirements to access other apps and personal information. Data mining?

The app is not very responsive and tends to freeze up. If th developer ever gets to making it work, it might be useful. I would suggest adding an option to save books in a list. This would allow me to refer and check them out more easily.

Please please please I am begging you to fix this app so that I can actually access the different pages rather than it just freeze up and be unresponsive literally every time I try to use this. I cannot stress this enough, it is literally ALWAYS frozen and unresponsive.

With the latest update, the checkouts page became invalid, there's nothing being shown, although I have had books borrowed, and as a result, cannot use the renew option as well. Please fix this with next update.

I guess if you don't allow the app access to your info and take pics and record then it's a no go cause it won't work at all. What a disappointment. All I want is a couple of books without them taking control of my info.

Error messages, takes forever to load when I want to check my holds or search the catalog. Often I will search an author and get "no results found" only to go to the website in my browser, do the same search, and actually get results. Please fix.

Surprisingly awful! Catalog never works, map never shows me the library I'm closest to, events tab always comes back with an error - at least the mobile checkout works and that's the only reason I keep this installed.

Great app if you love the library like I do. It definitely makes checking out books easy and being able to find the books you are looking for much more convenient as well by letting you know which library they are at...
