Password needed - Cartrack is quick to call yes but you get three options then press numbers to say its you/aware of why they called....what if they stole my car with my phone inside and they are the ones pressing to say everything is fine?? So a form of password is needed to say I am the one who is in the car and safe. So if the password is not used THEN you know its an emergency. Also add the exact location of the car, thanks a mil....

It is really horrible I get what I need in the way of info its clunky you can't look at one day when you choose on the calendar. And when a vehicle is active you miss minutes of updates as the car moves. Probably because Cartrack set it up and do not even offer a 5 minute course on how to use it. 2

It's very good to install a car tracker in my car. The technician did a great job and was friendly. He also teaches how to use the app for any immediate action. I strongly recommend that everyone who has a car 🚗 should contact Car tracker company to install a car tracker for them. It is affordable depending on the packages.

Very easy to use even for people who are technologicaly challenged like me lol it's always great to know that you are not alone in the road someone is looking over you really appreciate everybody especially the technician who came out for a fitment Thembisile I mean the professionalism she displayed absolutely sublime,the people on the other end of the call when you have a problem always willing to go beyond to helping you thanks a million times

This app can be amazing when it actually works! I have phoned in numerous times to report that its not tracking the cars as it should. Requesting they maybe reboot from there side but still to no avail. It would be delayed by hours or even days! This can also not be written off to a poor signal response, as we travel up and down during the course of the day and not all areas are affected with bad signal. Tracking my car is literally impossible at the moment. Serious maintenance needed!

This app is useless, always freezing showing incorrect location of the car and must call, call centre to have it rebooted and even so doesn't last a day having to track your car. I'm considering leaving car track, I doubt I will recover my car should if the worse thing happen as my wife is the one driving the car on a daily bases, she is definitely not safe

Very interesting...cartrack should fix their network because the camera they installed in my car is perfect but slow on my phone other than that everything is going well.

The app is too slow when it comes to show you car which is mobile. It does not constantly show you the mobility of the vehicle like what other maps do. Very frustrating
