Using this app was a mistake. I should have used the web GUI, but sadly used this useless app instead. I tried to change the ssid this failed now the AP is using the old ssid as the new one failed to store. The AP won't factory reset. And don't call tech support unless your a fortune 500 company or you'll be told to go to your retailer for help. "Cisco, Apple for networking!"

On the upside, it is nice and easy to manage equipment once setup. The downside is all of the annoyances. Adding a new network device? Wait 260 seconds just to discover that the device cannot be seen. Oh, you gotta keep the app up or the timer doesn't count down.

Tedious to use. Everything takes a long time to load, nothing is intuitive and I cannot get my router to successfully install a firmware upgrade, I dread using this app.

Unusable. Ridiculous password requirements to create a site. You basically have to use a non-sense tangle of impossible to remember characters instead of a nice long combination of words and symbols.

Password Policy is atrocious, looks like it was written by a grad that just learned about a dictionary attack. Ill stick with SSH, thanks.

Unable to add AIR-CAP1702I-D-K9. Product ID not accepted as valid by app. Tried fraction of the id but failed.
