If I could rate "0" I would. I'm so sick of this app constant glitches. I literally cannot log on. I have undownloaded and re downloaded so many times and it's not working. Definitely looking into other security options. This is useless and not safe. Edit.... Reading other reviews it seems to be an issue with android user. Well Xfinity you need to fix this.

Lag time is terrible! Takes a while to connect. Doesn't always detect motion! 2023: Our alarm went off on accident bc the pad claimed it was off; clearly it wasn't; but the screen went black! Really?! Our batteries need to be changed (purchased) literally every month, why? We sometimes can't set alarm until we bypass the damn battery issue; doesn't seem helpful or safe. This system is absolutely terrible, and as soon as I research Ring, I'll be divorcing Xfinity. Waste of money!

We live in a near dead zone in Raytown, our security system brings uninterupted, easy to control, and monitor, peace of mind. Connection speeds seem to be somewhat improved. Making connecting to the cameras a little quicker. As of today 3/21/24 although I Seem to get fewer dropped calls, They still happen. I can't help but notice a several second lag between camera and the app. A recent report of hacking wifi and shutting off the security system, has me a little concerned.

The app worked just fine until the last update. It logged me out and won't let me log back in. It just keeps asking for the password over and over. The password is correct because it works on my wife's iPhone. Apparently it just affects the androids. Typical Xfinity fixing things that ain't broke until it's unusable like their website. When is this going to be fixed? It's been weeks and no response by Xfinity as usual.

Between the remote and panel in the house, one of them always work. Sometimes the remote won't connect so I have to use the panel. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone, I can get the remote to work. Not sure why this happens, but it's not often.

Slow and won't let me log in. Just, after a while, asks for password again. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, no difference. Used to work great.

Easy to use and navigate, but the accessibility through various xfinity apps doesn't make sense. I can access everything (account info, wifi, all security cameras) in the xfinity app, but I can't set my alarm in that app. Yet, this app allows me to set my alarm but not access all of my cameras.

It's a very poor app. I have a Samsung 24 plus, every day I averagely call customer service three times as I have to delete and install the app that may allow me to remotely arm or disarm then it will warn you that this app is no longer available please download the Xfinity X app. Do better Xfinity, is this what we are paying for, discomfort.
