Terrible since recent updates, using Samsungs 23 ultra with most recent version of app and android, constant crashes, constant messages stating app not optimised for the newest version of Android, it's almost unusable at this point, needs stripping back to how it was in 2017, was miles better.

Use it daily for work as the dairy process and quoting are really good. Also, keeping tabs of all jobs that have been accepted/rejected. All are easily monitored with a few clicks. Although when mobile and using it on the phone, it's a bit of a nightmare as it continuously crashes.

Recent update renders app unusable, silence when reported as a fault. Only automated replies received back

Commusoft is great, and I've been using the system since beta stages. But why change something that works so well? The new layout on a phone is awkward to use. Endless scrolling. I have been using commusoft on a weekly viewer, and now there is no option to do so. Looking for job availability has now become a chore, whereas before, it would take seconds. Please make it so we can use the version before. It's not a great update for making things end user-friendly.

I use this app every day to carry out engineer tasks. It is functional but leaves a lot to be desired. Far too restrictive in it's use and Certificates are poorly structured. Issues- -Not being able to initiate a new Certificate or edit after leaving a job, so if you were to leave a job to attend a call out, you have to exit current job to enter new job, then when re- entering initial job Certificate issuing is denied, very frustrating. - it appears I,ve ran out of space for other complaints

Samsung S22 Ultra. Gas engineer version of Commusoft. Cannot be bothered to list the multiple app crashes/freezes. Just avoid if you can.

As a company we have been using commusoft for numerous years. It changed the way our company worked and we could never go back! Helps keep everything super organised and easy to plan whilst keeping the history of a customers account all in one place! Would defiantly recommend and the app is great for our engineers who are out on site.

Last update has caused major issues, i no longer am able to use the app as once i click on customers data i get a black screen and then it kicks me out of the app, before the update, when leaving notes i had to write a line or two save it go back in to it write a few more lines and continue doing that until finished the note as it freezes then white dcreen then licks you back to main screen, less is more on this app, adding all these other elements to the app is causing untold problems
