I'm a birmingham bartender and enjoy the ability to pick up shifts, no long term commitment. However, the most frustrating thing I have encountered is feedback from prospective jobs. If you aren't going to hire a candidate, someone should provide feedback to the candidate rather than leaving us hanging. I understand I won't get hired for every job I apply for, but someone needs to provide feedback or at least reject the application so capable workers aren't left hanging, waiting for a response

So far, so good! Created a profile and was approved the next day. I've been picking up shifts, and the sms customer service text line has been quick with answering all of my questions. I love the freedom to working when ever I want and getting paid the same day!

I got this app years ago and was paid on time and working quickly. It was the best shift app. Until I was suspended then dropped from the app, bc of a situation I was told by croux was all good and to go to the job, I did. The employer cursed&threatened me, and said he didn't need late ppl. (I had a Dr appointment that ran long, had an excuse in writing and called croux ahead of time, they said to go) 2wks later, the employer reported me as a nocall/no show &left me w NO recourse/way to appeal..

APP GLITCHY & NO EMAIL RESPONSE. Support doesn't respond to emails (2.5weeks). App rarely works and is constantly glitchy or loading. App keeps asking for my payment/bank info after I received emails stating bank account verified. Super disappointed for croux green bay area! Not happy.

Majority employer's are discriminating! I applied for jobs days in advance and some will put filled after 3 days of me waiting. Then they'll take filled off and 2 days after that it'll say filled again. It's okay to be honest, because if they only want other type of individuals to work for them.. let them work for that money. 😊

Very easy to use. In the 3 - 4 months I've used it, there have been a few bugs but the team was very quick to fix them. It's served me well as an extra source of income.
