I pay 2 times for a bill and its not showing in the app. App has no Customer care support. Provide Transaction History. Once a payment during process or Successful show on the app. If payment is successful don't show again for payment. Bad Experience with app, update the service.

Very bad application 😕, to much time taking to open, for login always showing technical error, I received OTP after 12hrs. Developers have to test the application and improve performance.

One correction to be made in the computer message system generated after any complain lodged by consumer. Always getting message as " Your reading is tallied with our record, so no any correction needed". Always got this message after sending any reading for correction through app. So, it is bound to go physically to office for any correction, even reported by app. Try to short out/rectify above problem, or else the benefit of App could not be up to mark in the digital platform as expected.

The is optimized. You can work on the UI a bit more like adding poped out buttons and easy sliders just to make a better user experience. But yes, it is updated to far better flow and lag free experience.
