We had used this service before through our browser via Google and had a fine experience. Service was easy and delivery was prompt. It came with a promotional coupon to download the app and get a discount. Next time we wanted a delivery we downloaded the app and signed in as usual, made our order, and entered the promotional code and it didn't work. We tried to verify our payment method and that didn't work either. So we weren't even able to order our food. The app doesn't function properly.

Best customer service! I accidentally ordered twice, they called to make sure we wanted 2 orders and thankfully they were able to cancel the 2nd order! Very nice people, easy to order, estimated time of arrival is always accurate. Thank you 931 delivers!

Took them forever to answer the phone when you want to order using cash. Then didn't have the change and took the money and left didn't give a chance to get smaller bills. Need to add that option to pay cash back like before.

Great service and yes very expensive. Easy to communicate with when something goes wrong but they are very supportive. This is an incredible restaurant to door experience but with cost.

The application won't load any off the restaurant and when they do load it says order in future the you click on it says unavailable. So there's still alot of problems you need to fix with the app.

App is unusable, after you get past the constant freezing to the credit card input screen it will not save your credit card info and then freezes again.

42.00 for 2 combos and 1 9 piece chicken fry. You guys are a joke. So many fees not to mention they're jacking the prices on the menu up also on top of the fees! App:deleted!
