Broken for me, I suddenly have to login (honestly cannot remember having an account), but cannot get past that screen, it's an infinite loop. After deleting cache and app data I can get in, but it just sends me to a forever white screen..

horrible mapping functionality service point 1 min away is not listed. there is no way to select or choose your service point. useless app if you cannot perfom the basic task of changing delivery options

I’m really disappointed with DHL. I left a note on my door stating that my doorbell wasn’t working and provided my phone number for the driver to call me. Instead, I received an email saying the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I was home and could have answered the phone. It seems the driver ignored my note or didn’t try to call. I expected better service from DHL, especially with clear instructions. I hope this issue is addressed to avoid future delays.

Deleting old deliveries is difficult with my version of Android (14). The swiping to the left is usually recognised as go back to the previous page.

nice simple app that works great! It's nice to see a good app for a change that actually works and to see a delivery company that works better than competitors! however, this app always mixes up parcela that you sent as parcela coming your way. so you get notifications that the driver is on its way to you, be there in 15 minutes even though you've sent the parcel. quite annoying.

App overall is decent, just not as functional if the Drivers dont properly scan or abide by their own rules of service "package requires signature"

Why can't it remember my postal code? Is that really so hard? Come on. Pretty annoying you need to type that every time you add a package. Besides of that, dhl service is terrible in comparison to postNL or others. What time of delivery is between 10:00 and 14:00, seriously? That is 4 hours! And no updates in between, should be easy to show where the delivery guy is and give and more precise approximate time of delivery. So, enough work to do for dhl to fix there service.

The delivery these days is quite annoying, because regardless of me being home and no attempt being made at delivery, they always say "we missed you" and deliver it to a pick-up point in a different town. If I'm paying for DHL EXPRESS, I'm expecting it arrives at home and not me having to travel 15 kms to get the parcel.
