Thank you for your response, but I don't use the app as it to much PT in transferring money to the app in order to pay with it, so I give my clicks club card, they scan it then I tap with my ph. But like I said before, they either don't scan my card or they are offline. I've lost out on more points going to this particular garage, they don't bother telling me until I'm done, they say they'll take my card number down, as they are offline. I never received the points. This app is useless.

I just used this app last week and it's really handy. It does still take a bit too long to load but otherwise very efficient once you have to pay. The payments reflect in your purchase history as well. I will continue to use this app and I think more people should do so as well. It's more hygienic than dealing with cash and card devices all the time.

Great app, easy to use. Am not sure whether this was recommended before or am missing something. It would be great after scanning to pay for fuel you are asked to confirm whether you would like to tip the petrol attendant. Rather than paying and having to scan again to tip. It just does not look "clean" in my bank statement, or even not tipping because of the process.

I will no longer be using this app. It is useful to have the app to pay and have Clicks card linked, but, and this is a big BUT, payment just takes way too long. You scan to pay, and then it has to validate the phone. Every time. Then, it processes R1 to FNB that you have to approve on FNB app. Then it reverses the R1, and then you have to approve the amount for the fuel. The process is just too cumbersome. ²

Used it for the first time today and it works really great. You don't have to touch anything like cards or pens to make the transaction and you can leave the attendant a decent tip that you know will go to his e wallet. Five star rating 👌 well deserved 👏 I did not have any problems at all with the registration process and linking my credit card and Clicks loyalty card. Very easy process and the app itself is very user friendly.

Hi there, it seems something went wrong with the last update. I downloaded the app and did the setup up linking my Clicks and Credit card. I could not get the app to launch when I wanted to use it for the 1st time at the end of May 2020. I was able to open and launch the app after I installed it initially. I have a Samsung Galaxy A20 running on Android 9. Edited: 07 June 2020: I got to app to launch successfully. Will test it. It might be a while before I need to put petrol in again.

Love the App and the idea especially to limit contact at the moment. However I can't add my garage card, the App only allows for credit or debit cards which then defeats the whole point of the App for me personally hence 3 stars.

I took the chance of installing, even with a Very Low star rating... And must say I am impressed. Smooth Registration and Login, Quick Load and ease of access with Biometrics! Added my Debit Card and Clicks ClubCard very easily too. Must've all been attended to, fixed and updated. The Quickees game idea - Excellent. Awesome App Engen! 💪🏼
