Deceitful business practices/Buyer beware. I subscribed to this service under the "3 Day Trial Membership" which states "...After the trial, your subscription will continue at $49.99 per month". EpicVin charged the full subscription amount PRIOR to the 3 day trial ending. I emailed them immediately and explained that I was erroneously charged but they neglected to act. UPDATE: After taking further action, by filing complaints with the FTC & BBB, I was refunded the $49.99.

სკამერი ნაბოზრები! SCAM! During the purchase process it was not clearly outlined that the accidental charges or the failure to cancel would result in non-refundable charges. Users should not be expected to go through all legal documents before purchasing a $1 trial. This looks like deliberately misleading users to be charged $50, even without sending any reminder notification that user is going to be charged with a full charge of the subscription

Scam and fraud. This website "Epicvin" traps customer actually I was subscribed for the 3 days plan for $1 and when I reached to cancel the plan they charged me 99 dollars. The person who wants to cancel $1 plan why would he subscribe for $99 plan. I have contacted the customer support team but they refused to refund. Please don't visit of subscribed this app or website because may be you will be trapped aswell.

Scam, they auto upgraded my subscription and charged me 99.99 usd for the report which I had already paid. No mail for information about it. In their defence they mention a small section in their term and conditions. In normal web sites or aplications it is well adressed or informed. It is just some money scam at its finest!!

BE AWARE of this service, they trap you by offering the $4.99 trial three days and right after that they charge you $49.99 for a month subscription automatically. For me, once I got notified that I ordered this service, I cancelled the subscription immediately and they refused to refund the cancelled subscription. Everyone should be aware of what they're doing and how they're trying to force the customers to pay for their subscription without their consent. BE AWARE, BE AWARE, BE AWARE, BE AWARE

Misleading. They may show you issues reported for the vehicle before paying only to pay and find out they're factory recalls that were fixed years ago. Good to do before buying a used car but other than that, dont waste your money.
