Reasonably priced app, does what our business needs! I especially like the integration with things I already use like Google Calendar and Quickbooks. This is by far the most customizable software I've found, and the team feels considerably more honest than similar services. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the "onboarding bundle" they upsold us on to get an agent to help us set everything up isn't really necessary and is sort of overpriced.

Great software for service companies. Has all the features you need to stay organized with technicians, inventory, and customers. Pos system is amazing even though the payout time 2 days. I recommend them over Workiz and Housecall Pro because I've used both extensively and Fieldpulse is better for running a service business. They do have some things they need to improve on like their engage phone system but it works really well and does the job of allowing you to receive calls and make 🤳 calls

Very sad. Simply send was great, and for a simple invoicing service , it was worth more than "free". All I needed was a simple PDF invoicing app. Not all the bells and whistles they tried to sell. Well they shut it down, and force you to pay them over the phone for fieldpulse. I was told it was $99 annually. Nope. They wanted $1400. They then said they can do $741. For a simple PDF organizer? Get real. Terrible practice and corrupt company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible Always freezing or always having technical problems. Beware. I do repeat, beware. Do not use the credit card service. It's a third party processing service. They will hit you with secret fees left and right.

User beware...My company switched to this software and they're not processing our customers payments to the company bank account and now my employer cant pay us and customer support isnt helping. My employer is in financial termoil. I will be filing a complaint monday 10/28/24 with my state wage and hour and possibly the state attorney general against fieldpulse. Users beware

Run a service business? So does Fieldpulse. Customer service makes the difference. It's funny how other CRM software providers provide a product to a service based business and don't provide good customer service.
