Does a good job of showing what was out there recently. You mostly can't find actual housing by Funda, because the Dutch housing crisis is so severe that everything's already sold by the time it arrives on Funda. But it's a good way to get a feel for the market -- what kind of space is available in each city, what the asking prices are like (keep in mind that most selling prices are higher), etc. The app is easy to use and doesn't get in the way of the information.

very informative but not 100% accurate. many listing's are already sold or rented and when you go the real estate websites. it shows sold or never get a response from the agents. I have subscribed on this website since 3 years.

It's surprising how this app keeps on not functioning optimally. Apparently there's been an update again that wasn't tested properly. So now when liking (ie trying to like) a property, the app opens the login page of its website in a browser and, most importantly, does not register the 'like'... 🤷

Once you zoom in on pictures of a house in the app, you cannot swipe to see other pictures after that. The app gets stuck. Please fix. Update: swiping pics is now nearly impossible. As is the case with so many apps, they gradually become useless. Uninstalling. Update 2: seems to be working ok now.

This app has so many problems and I think developers made them intentionally.. It is so ridiculous that the basic filter function is not working properly. When I chose "beschikbaar" (meaning available), it shows so many options. However when i click on them almost none of them is available (geen beschikbaar)!!! Today I've even seen that it is written available. When i scroll down and click the one shown as available, it was written "verhuurd" meaning "rented". Please improve your app!!

The latest update feels like a much worse user experience. Used to be easier to find houses on the map and click through, somehow things just don't feel as easy now. I think it's primarily the fact that the circles with numbers in them still shown even when you completely zoom in (and then they are not interactive), which made things confusing at first. Also the list overview seems more cluttered. Not very happy with the update :(

After the recent update the app interface is horrible. User unfriendly, not intuitive and difficult to navigate. Why did you remove 'location' feature which would show all listings in the loc that you're at?? Now the new and old listings are clustered too close together, one has to zoom. In to see where the new listing is. It used to be almost immediately visible, when opening the app.. Clustering on larger scale is super inconvenient... Do some user testing before such drastic changes.

Extremely frustrating user experience after the massive redesign Funda underwent. This is a clear example of how making significant changes to something which works well is rather going to make it worse than better. Clear examples: On the map, the button to show your current location is gone. How did that sound like a good idea to a product/design person? Also the grouping per zoom level: good idea on paper, but in practice it looses the information of the actual location of the house. Terrible
