I have been using this app for 2 years, and not because I want to but because the property management company I work for wants all the housekeepers to use this app. Being a housekeeper and the one that actually has to use the app, let me tell you, it completely sucks. It is so glitchy and slow. I hate this app. I literally want to throw my phone at the wall sometimes. This app is so frustrating.

This app has changed my life in terms of making managing my cleaners so easy. It has some really great features like the checklists, presaved job requests and good integrations with different hosting platforms but there are still some bugs and things I'd expect to see developed such as the mobile app's calendar view and buggy filters. Calendar view in monthly would be good. I've been really impressed with the customer support though so I'd recommend this app!

"Sorry! Something went wrong. Please try again later" pops up ALL the time. And right as it does, my other apps stop working. Spotify only works when it's on the screen, my keypad doesn't work when trying to make a phone call ect. It's a horrible app.

This is a great tool for me to communicate back and forth with my cleaner without having to send a completely different text message. I can also put a quote out to multiple cleaners if I'm in a crunch so that I can go with whoever responds the fastest. It also lets me provide a checklist so if I'm working with a new cleaner I don't have to go over all the details.

The app has not been syncing correctly, missing jobs. It does not erase cancelled bookings, and has continued to incorrectly show dates for checkout. Big fail. I am having to manually manipulate dates each time I want to send a job.

This looks like an awesome app ... for micromanaging. In practice, it takes way too much of the limited cleaners time to use this app. Only a person who has never worked as a professional cleaner would like this.

Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall bc when the assignment is clicked on it then disappears and by uninstalling it is the only way to pull it back up. Very disappointing and frustrating when I'm on a job. It Sucks!
