Logged me out and is now telling me my password is wrong and won't send me a recovery email, when I do actually get an email it says it cannot reset my password and just shuts down the page, I haven't been able to use the app to view my clientele for over a week and it's super frustrating.

The app logged me out. I was finally able to reset my password. Now it's say my shop is not active yet. But it is. Very frustrating 😕

I haven't used this app in its entirety, but it has helped my clients navigate through booking fairly easy which in turn is less hassle on my end.

This app and system isn't bad, just wish there was more to it. Add the ability for barber and stylist to read and add notes through the app. Have icons on clients that have arrived. Don't charge clients for prepaying online and just charge the salon instead. We don't mind paying that extra dollar for our clients convenience. The notification pop ups would cut off and is unreadable. This app has potential. Just need more to keep the shop,clients and barber/stylist invested.

It works sometimes. Works fine on Apple phones. Glitches constantly on Android. I have monthly issues. Their customer service is attentive, but it is aggravating because the same issues keep arising and never get permanently resolved. This has been ongoing for over a year since I first started using Squire. No complaints other than that.

Squire is an ok app. Need a lot of updated features such as being able to communicate with clients, a section to add notes, an area where I can click on a clients name and not be forced to the next screen for services. It will be helpful if Squire gave a daily balance on what was made. And also, a section where it gives your recent net. It need a lot of updating.

The app is limited. You have personal ONLINE logins that give everyone their personal reports, option to modify notifications, and their schedules. There is a concierge button that has someone who responds in a timely manner. Yet the downfall is that they are based in New York so business hours are East coast time. Would be helpful if they had help available to west coast barbershops on our time. I do like this app, yes there are user quirks that take time to work through. But worth it.

This app is seriously lacking for android users. No way to refund payments. No way to contact client, or look up by phone number. It pretty much took the old app, AND beta to function at any level. Now switching back to the old app has been removed. Poorly developed app. Hopefully they improve, or our shop switches booking apps.
