(最悪のサポート) 運転手と連絡が全く取れない旨をサポートに伝えても一切無視 実際に乗れても居ないにも関わらず、プロモーションコードを利用して予約したから返金不可 サービスをこちらの落ち度無しで利用出来て居ないのに返金出来ないって、詐欺としか思えない。

Just after 10min of booking time, the driver cancelled my booking ignoring my text messages begging to wait, leave me at the road side in an unfamiliar country at 3 AM. In addition, the worst part is; the transfer was actually cancelled by driver but it was not cancelled in their system, so they didn't refund me. I just wasted 22EUR to be stressed out. Mysteriously, email never reached a customer service, also phonecall to them didn't help me. The worst experience about online booking service.
