Very frustrating experience. I bought a package from Rio do Uberaba, but the airline company changed my flight, and I decided to cancel. I did that by reaching out to the airline and had no problems. However, Decolar hasn't changed the flight status on the app (it says it's confirmed), and no refund has been made... I posted a complaint at reclameaqui website. I have been waiting for over a month. I try to contact Decolar, but nobody answers. Solution: lawsuit.

Very long to answer the phone for any claim you may have. (1 hour +) Since my flight was cancelled in May 2020 no news on how to reclaim reimbursement or a new flight. Very disappointed with after sales care.

They don't sell tickets they collect credit card info but don't process the payment. Then after 8 hours cancel the order and tell you to do a new search ..... Big joke

These guys cancel flights and only give you a bad alternative to take. Very bad experience. Lost a lot of money.

The worst experience ever. Too hard to contact service support, mainly by phone. Decolar is one of the worst Company in the range of complainments in LATAM
