Update: fetch basically sucks as pet insurance and their app is a joke! App doesn't load on startup so you have to force close it and try several times. The app glitches while sending claims making you start all over again. Loading screens will literally take 10 minutes. I do like how easy it is to use but it's a very unreliable app and you'd do better to just go online instead. Lastly why does my debit card need to have a security code? Disappointed.

My dog had an eye infection when I adopted her and three months later it came back. The claim was denied, she got diagnosed with Entropion and needs surgery but I'm unsure if they'll cover the surgery because it's the cause of the eye infections. She wasn't diagnosed until after I got her. Incredibly complicated to cancel the policy, I'd rate 0 stars if I could.

I can't locate the logout button, and it is difficult to navigate, sometimes.

So far, I haven't had many positive interactions with the app. I'm trying to add my banking information for direct deposit, but when they ask for my occupation, only the number keyboard opens up. 🤷🏻♀️ Once I get past this step, I will review it again.

There's always a delay every single time i open the app. At least a few minutes each time. And then takes additional time to populate the different tabs if i need to sort through each.

Very Expensive, Claims Denied, Must Cancel to Speak with Customer Service. My first and only claim took 30 days to process and was denied. It was denied because i hadn't had a wellness check up 90 days prior to the claim date. You also have to wait two weeks once the plan is active before you can submit a claim. So they get two weeks pay without having to work. Its all for the benefit of themselves not the customer or the pet. I canceled the plan. They refused to refund any part i already paid.

They try very hard not to pay out on claims, will be searching for alternatives in the future but some pet insurance better than none.

This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).
