Not working on my phone , waste of time...I answered the survey until it reached a place to tap and hold logo to commit... nothing else happened the app did not move to the next page🙄 and I did hold the logo for few minutes(5 minutes to be exact)....

The app wants me to pay before I even get to use the app to see if I like it. Absolutely not, there needs to be a simplified version or a trail period.

Starts by asking you tons of questions and then hitting you up for money without even so much as a chance to actually see what the app does. I lost interest before I could even use the damn thing! ONE STAR!!!

They limit the number of photos and allow very few. It doesn't log everything correctly and is hard to fix.

tryed the "free" week. It says "don't worry we will remind you to cancel before you are charged. no remember, charged 60.47 to my account and no customer service to get the charge reversed. **Edit** I was able to get ahold of customer support, after going back and forth a few times they suggested I reach out to google play so we will see refund support

Difficult to navigate. Still have to take a picture of each item or enter manually. Not as easy as implied. Does have goals etc.

Overall the idea of this app is pure genius. However the app does have issues. I was trying to log in a meal, and I kept receiving an error message about how I'm not wording things correctly enough for the AI to understand. When I literally typed "I need to log in two Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patties." Other than the glitches and errors it's a great app and it makes counting calories easy.

Fantastic concept! But the numbers were way off. They calculated over 1000 calories for an item that should have only been 400. That happened frequently. I did not get a response from them when reporting the error. I will be keeping an eye on improvements, and will reinstate my subscription when the improvements have been made. Photos did not work, but text did. No big deal, but if they advertise photos, photos should work. Maybe drop advertising photos until the glitches are worked out.
