Poor service, does not give you contact details - handy man no call / no showed and then had to reach out for support and got stuck in a text match where they only respond every 3-5 minutes between messages and ask the same question multiple times. Can't call for support from any number except the first one you list. Overall wasted quite a bit of time.

They limit access to your pro team on their website so you have to use the app, and then the app is broken so you can't book your pro. Tried reinstalling, relogging. Tried contacting customer service and they just told me to troubleshoot more. Not helpful

it doesn't send you emails to be able to login or verify. I am a new signee pro. and I don't receive ANY emails from angis list and handy. therefore I cannot use the app!! (and no there nothing in my spam folder). help please!

Handy is HORRIBLE!! DON'T USE THEM! Their Pros DON'T show up! Then customer service will reschedule and THEY STILL NEVER SHOW UP! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with both cleaning service and lawn mowing and they can't produce a professional that will show up to complete a service. They're Horrible . JUST DON'T DO IT!!

Emergency cancelled once, no showed a second time. They are unable to provide any acceptable resolution and will just do the work myself

My cleaning pros have ranged from good to excellent. There have been times (twice in June and three times in July) when handy could not find a pro to fulfill my service request, even with two weeks advance notice. Then handy deflects responsibility, claiming "a last-minute pro call off " when they had no one assigned to me in the first place. I like the idea of the app, but the company is unreliable. It's most inconvenient for me to get all ready for a housecleaning, then have it rescheduled.

They will offer you a convenient subscription for i.e. cleaning, with the ability to choose the cleaning person. Once you've subscribed, they will change the person you have selected to some random person without notifying you. You can select someone else again, but they will change your selection without notifying you. You can play this game every day for weeks. If you want out of this game because there is no way to get anyone but their random selection, they will promptly charge you $99 irrev
