App is ok, but the wireless setup by Hayward is definitely lacking. The wifi abilities of the OmniLogic are extremely sensitive and will work for a while, eventually it will fail. I previously had a competitor product and the quality is very different. Disappointed with our Hayward Automation products unfortunately.

For a system That's top of the line I feel like this is lacking some pretty basic features I would expect it to have. For example a time estimator for how long it will take your pool to reach a certain temp. Or how about dynamically adjusting sunrise and sunset times for schedules on a daily basis so I don't have to. If those get built in I'd probably rate this app five stars.

Very inconsistent. Most recently can not access app on my phone directlybut then can open when I go into app store and click open. How can that be?..... 01-11-25; still not sure how an app cannot connect to a router when a working ethernet cable is being used. Any suggestions? Would love to give a better rating. Thanks

The app is generally fine. I notice similar connection and inconsistency issues as others have mentioned. It feels like it has regressed over the past few months. More importantly now that we are in winter, I overrode freeze protect the other day and even though when you do this it asks for a timeout to revert back, I noticed a couple days later it had never reverted back to freeze protect. Above all else, this seems like something that should be addressed ASAP.

10/16/24 Please add more theme icons that correlate with pool equipment activity. After significant usage I've come to love the new app. Omnilogic is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Please add fingerprint login (to reduce chthe chance of accidentally changing a customer's settings). Please also add more icons (cleaning, vacuum, water features, etc.) Keep up the good work 👍

Omnilogic has been a great addition to our outdoor oasis. From controlling the pools functions to heating/cooling and lighting, it's been great. We have noticed it does lose connectivity randomly, but it hasn't been something that ruins the platform as a whole.

App works 60% of the time. I've been using the app for two years now and have had to struggle with connection issues on and off. Force stopping the app tends to help but doesn't always re-establish connection. Very frustrating.

Bad design. 1. All commands have to go to their cloud, slowing response times. 2. If their seever is down, then you can't control your system. 3. There is no obvious site to see if their servers are down. 4. There aren't timestamps on backups, so when zi restored a back up is was from longer ago than I realized. 5. Alexa integration is spotty 6. Throws opaque errors like "check the date and time" Please build a local integration that doesn't rely on your severs!
