I couldn't connect to my thermostats for months, and the app crashed frequently when trying. On the plus side, after the May 25, 2021 update, it seems I am able to connect; it also appears to be more stable, although I haven't used it that long. What I really need, though, is a global home/away button--it's shown in the screenshots, but HBX told me they removed it as it wasn't working correctly. Since I have 11 thermostats, setting them individually is a pain.

updated Bad!...Guess HBX is never going to fix this App for Android. When it connected to my eco-0550, if you changed the storge tank temps it defaults to a random number higher or lower than operating temp range. Can not connect remotely anymore or set wifi back up. Impossible to set tank temps. Nothing but issues, poor deployment. Servers connection is intermittent. very worried about installing this in a clients home. days wasted on this App.

Biggest problem I have with this app is making changes to temp controls for different zones...many times the temp changes will not "update". Software keeps saying "waiting for info from zone X" and never manages to update the zone. Also, I don't find this software to be particularly user friendly. It gets the job done at a basic level, but could be so much better.

Doesn't connect anymore. I have spent too much time chasing customer support. They try to help but never fix the problem. Been going on for 10 months plus now. Such a waste of time and money. I wish they could figure it out before I have to change the system at my expense. I'd give it zero stars.

Cant connect now. Use to connect to evo and cpu. Now wifi disconnected and can't get system to sync up like previous rev of app. Is there a new manual? Also app crashes ALOT. When trying to connect to units, app closes without any warning.

Shame I spent so much money on this thermostat system, worst operating system ever.. doesn't have daily schedule comes only weekday schedule (no days) and weekend schedule.. very limited customization options.. wish I could change it.. problem my ac & Boiier works on it to change will be costly

The app works but is lacking some features. I wish they would add more to scheduals as in days in week and hours.

I have to solve it myself. Android phones cannot change settings. It’s just that the device name cannot have @#$-only the characters.
