Garbage!! DON'T BUY!!! Update 7/22/24 for an $800 thermostat the app is garbage. It still does not work.. do not by this pos thermostat.. it is unresponsive a lot and it doesn't tell if fan or ac on unless you look closely at the color. also the scheduling is not great. This app is just getting worse. It consistently disconnects. I wish I could use another app for my verrrrry expensive system. Update still doesn't work constantly disconnects from thermostat. It is useless.

App works well for me. It was easy to get connected and I hadn't had any issues. It doesn't always seem to stay connected. Don't know if that is the app or the service to the website. It is a bit of a pain when internet service is down to re-connect the app and thermostat. After the latest app update, the app won't launch on my android phone.

The latest 3.7.1 update in August 2024 initially had issues with opening on my device. However, after contacting the developer, they promptly addressed the problem. The 3.7.2 update released on 8/1/24 successfully resolved the compatibility issues with Android 14. I'm grateful for the excellent support—I received a personal update from the developer and even a follow-up email when the fix was available. Thank you, Team, for the outstanding service!

We spent a fortune on our HVAC system and this App was one of their selling points. This makes the 2nd time this app has quit working for just about everyone and they take weeks fixing it. As today they finally sent me an email saying its fixed, followed the login instructions, still doesn't work. This app is garbage.

looking at the main page, let alone deeper in the manu, you can't tell if it's heating or cooling, not even the fan status is shown. Poor design prior version was 100 times better.

Aftet a power outage to my home, the HX thermostat reconnects to the internet via my router but sometimes stops reporting the outdoor temp and indoor humidity to the app. The temp and humidity do show correctly on the thermostat screen, however. Not critical but annoying given the price of the stat. Tried usual uninstall/reinstall, clear data/cache, no change. Delete/re-add thermostat, no change.

This app has been pretty dependable until about a week ago. Struggled for days to get it back working, then it updated today and now it won't even open. This is designed to work with very expensive HVAC systems, needs to be much more dependable.

Eary Sept 2024 update fixed the problem. Late Sept 2024 update messed it up. It prompts me for an email address and then does nothing. App from competitor Honeywell works well.
