The app is almost great. It won't save my payment information or let my phone autopopulare the data, so I have to manually enter it in every time. The item pictures don't load most of the time. I wish they'd start a rewards program for repeat customers, which I have been for awhile.

The app was unable to verify my address so I had to register my account on the website, instead. Also, when placing an order, sometimes the app would not accept input so I had to go back a step then forward again and it would work. I was able to order my pizza, but it was not the most convenient process.

My phone's keyboard didn't want to work well with the app... I wasn't able to see the "next" and "submit" buttons at the bottom of the screen after I filled out the checkout form because the keyboard covered it up. Not very easy to navigate the app.

Not great. Doesn't let you enter apartment number, asks you to enter special instructions which vanish from the screen. doesnt give you enough space to enter door code. Should just be a cleaner app, but if my pizza shows up it gets the job done so 3 stars.

The app absolutely sucks and the pizza is absolutely fabulous. I know the Stars refer to the app but this place is really good and the people who work there work really hard. This is my local pizza place & an average of three stars really sucks. *Guys just upgrade the friggin app. 😊

Simple app, does the job. Passwords must have specific characters and length, which isn't spelled out before creating account. App crashes if I try to auto populate any field. Using Android version.

Barely functional and missing basic features like apartment numbers. Also declined my card 3 times, but then worked fine when I added it as a saved card rather than adding it in checkout.
