My Google Pixel 7 Pro had a system update and when I put in my finger print and pin, it says I'm times out. I've emailed hypr customer support and they referred me to my employer and then my tech support at my employer doesn't have any answers. I think the programmers at hyper need to figure out the bug that exists between my system on my phone and their app program, but what do I know right? I'm just the end user and I can't use the apps on my phone that I need for work because of this issue.

As a supplier for Pratt & Whitney/RTX, I must use this horrible app to login. Out of all verification apps I must use for work, this one is the worst. Since download,y phone constantly freezes, app does not work with computer part of verification when it comes to timing, by the time it starts thinking, your computer session times out. This app needs lots of help. Unfortunately, I have no choice and work on patience and anger management few times a day. Please fix this whole app quickly.

The 3 digit code disappears too quickly. After I do the biometric verification, the three digit code is only visible for about half a second before it disappears. Please let it hang around longer so people don't have to retry numerous times if they don't catch the code quick enough.

Works well But at times after authentication also it keeps on sending approve notification continuosly like it's on a loop or something. I am unable to find the exact reason for it but mostly it is when I provide an incorrect password and authentication fails or sometimes when I don't get and notification and I go to the login page and then login after that it keeps on sending authentication notification.

The time to unlock a PC sometimes is more than 20s. You need to keep staring at the app until the activity completes because you can't skip the screen. The authentication fails even after providing the biometrics. And then you need to redo the activity again.

The worst experience using this app to log into my work. Keep getting an error message when trying to scan the QR code as well as manually logging in. I reached out to HYPR support at the email address provided shortly after I first reported the issue and have not received a response.
