Horrible horrible product. Constant "you forgot to log out" messages and red symbol over the clock in/clock out button. Did I mention that u can type for about 30 seconds and then it freezes and you lose everything. You contact them and it doesn't matter if its the mobile app or the PC version, they blame your phone/tablet or your wifi. Noone has a clue there If they don't blame your devices, they say they're working on a patch for YEARS to fix it and it never does

This app has potential, but too often, it will not let me sign in. I can't finish my work as a result and sometimes can't get paid until it lets me log in. I do troubleshooting for a living, and I know to force close the app, restart the phone, and sometimes uninstall the app. These have never worked for me. IDS has literally affected my paycheck on multiple occasions. Hopefully, they fix their issue, but until then, I have to give them a 1 star rating. It should be .5 star.

For the love of God, will y'all please fix this app. Costing valuable time and money being a flat rate technician when every single time you pick it up and take a picture or flag a job or punch on something it is crashed again with no connection. Have to either close the app open it back login again then research my work orders to find where I was at or have to disconnect the Wi-Fi and then reconnect it and then refresh it and then start over. Spend more time getting app to work than working.

Extremely slow and unstable. Constantly logs out. Fails to connect. Fails to login. Photo uploads fail half the time which requires backing completely out to the homepage to retry. Job lines not already scheduled to a tech can only be searched using VIN. I probably lose at least an hour a day waiting on or fighting with IDS.

Unfortunately, I have to use this app 5 days a week for work and it is awful.This app doesn't deserve 1 star, it deserves 0 stars. Lock your device for more than 30 seconds? Loses connection and MUST be restarted to regain it, and the best part is every time it happens it has the audacity to say that YOU forgot to log out. No app, you disconnected for the 10th time this hour, I didn't forget anything. If you are a dealership looking for software STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SAD PILE OF GARBAGE.

This app is glitchy and needs alot of work done to the wifi. Keeps saying no wifi connection when the app is left open and the screen is locked then unlocked. It should just automatically connect or stay connected when the apps open and the cell is sleeping and woken up. Plus it should work alot better with android. Time to go back to the drawing board gents

This app is absolute garbage... edit: after being stuck using it for over five years now, this app still belongs in the dump. I waste so much of my time on this damn app. Have to log in minimum of 50 times a day, sometimes loosing pictures and stories so i have to start over. Out of a 8 hour day atleast 1 to 2 hours a day go into dealing with the apps issues. Would give zero stars if I could.

Logs me out continuously. Cant even log off have to restart the app each time. While typing or even navigating tells me that it "cannot retreive mechanice info". Lately after uploafing photos it tells me that the files wherent downloaded wither i back out from upload or the job line. Adding lines myself is a hassel since i can only access the cause line when i add it. Doesnt allow me to edit said added lines when going in to clock the line.
