After getting this set up (including talking with customer service) everything has been good. I get the issues starting with when I subscribed. As I added new magazines such as Shooting Times or Rifle Shooter, I needed to talk to customer service each time ... the process isn't flawless but each time all was resolved. My biggest issue was not having access to newly purchased magazines right away, until I talked to customer service.

Wants me to purchase issues. I'm already a subscriber. Subscription claims digital is included with my print subscription. I registered my account with the app. However, the app only allows me to "preview" issues and asks that I pay $6.99 per issue to read it. I've gone through all the settings, etc and nothing resolves the problem.

The app is very easy to navigate and has the advantage of seeing the purchased versions whenever you like. I recommend reading the magazines on a device with a larger screen than a cell phone, such as a tablet.

Buggy, could not get my subscription to be recognized as the sign up process constantly crashed, tried on both a Samsung A20 and a LG Stylo 6, both failed to finish registration. Help was worse than useless, their solution was for me to repurchase each issue at 6 bucks a pop, skip this steaming pile of garbage and stick to dead trees

The new update is horrible, it took away all of my downloaded issues and says I have to pay for them even though I have been a subscriber for a couple of months. Also, the new way of navigating the issues is much more complicated since you can no longer just scroll through the issues.

will not let me view issues. even though I have a subscription and have logged in, it is still trying to make me buy issues. I've given it time, I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, everything. nothing works

A wonderful app. It works better than expected and I love it. Four star rating because I would like to see a subscription option that allows the user to read back issues without having to purchase them.

App worked fine up until the August 2019 issue. Now none of my digital downloaded subscription for Guns and Ammo will open. Help! When will it be fixed?
